Ghee Casein – The Health Benefits of Milk Protein Liquid

So what makes ghee casein better than regular cow milk? The first and most obvious difference between ghee and dairy casein is that it’s much more rich in omega-3 fatty acids. You can get ghee from grass-fed cow milk but you can also get it from wild grass-fed cow milk. In fact studies have shown that consuming ghee from wild grass-fed milk can increase the level of omega-3 fatty acids in the blood by up to 40%.

This means that not only is ghee much richer in healthy fats and proteins like casein protein, it also contains much less dairy fat. A great benefit of ghee over dairy products is that it’s very easily digested by the body. So even if you’re an animal lover who doesn’t care for dairy, you can still derive great health benefits by consuming this excellent milk protein.
