Tips For Choosing Optimum Nutrition 100 Casein Protein Cookies And Cream

by John

If you read my previous articles, you will know that I am a fan of Optimum Nutrition 100 casein protein cookies and cream. However, recently I did some research on the brand. It seems that this popular brand of food and drink is nothing more than a cheap imitation of the much higher priced premium brands of protein. In this article, I will compare these two brands and determine which one is actually worth the extra money.

The first thing I noticed about this brand of cookie is that they seem to use a very large amount of whey. While casein protein is not that expensive, it does have a high price per serving. You would probably be better off purchasing a moderately priced premade protein shake at your local grocery store. In addition, you can save a lot of money by making your own high quality protein shakes at home.

In addition, I also noticed that unlike most brands, Optimum Nutrition uses many ingredients that aren’t even related to casein, such as vanilla and lemon extracts. While these ingredients are good for your body, it is important to avoid adding other high-fat, high-calorie ingredients. I also noticed that their vanilla flavor comes in a rather expensive four ounce can, as compared to a more reasonably priced carton of the same flavor from another brand.

Now that I had decided not to pay the price for a carton of this vanilla flavor, I decided to look further into this product. After reading several customer reviews, I noticed that many people thought the flavor was bland and boring. Others thought it had a nice taste. It appears that there are actually some people who really like this brand. Some people write that they would recommend this brand to anyone who is on a low-carb or high protein diet.

There are two major ingredients found in Optimum Nutrition 100 Casein Protein Cookies and Thins, whey and egg. The first, whey, is derived from milk. The second, egg comes from eggs. As you probably know, eggs have been proven to have high protein levels. While some people think this may be too high a dose, most people report that the casein and whey combination works well together.

For people who are allergic to casein, there are also some options available. You can purchase Optimum Nutrition 100 Casein Protein Cookies and Thins that contain a soy ingredient. Although this brand doesn’t use casein protein, it does contain other high protein ingredients. Another brand I would try is Enjoy Life Brand Baked Peanuts, which also contains egg and whey. Hopefully, these few tips will help you make the right decision when purchasing Optimum Nutrition 100 casein protein and Thins.
