Is Creatine Good For Cutting?

by John

is creatine good for cutting

It is widely believed that being Creatine Good For Cutting? The question is a valid one. After all, we are all interested in ways in which we can bulk up and develop muscles. As the body builder grows older, his body tends to produce less muscle mass.

The question on everyone’s lips is whether or not creatine is a necessary ingredient to achieve and maintain hypertrophy (growth) in our muscles. Many professionals who have engaged in research into cutting hard muscle mass believe that it is not and that a person cannot develop significant muscle growth without taking creatine. However, those professionals who believe that creatine is good for cutting believe that a person can take creatine but that it is not necessary.

There are two basic schools of thought on this topic. One school of thought is that the intake of high levels of creatine can lead to undesirable side effects. This is because of the fact that many body builders supplement with extra creatine to facilitate muscle mass gain without adding any detrimental substance. For example, many people who take creatine supplements experience nausea after the intake of these supplements. This can be alleviated by taking additional creatine in a person’s diet the next day.

The second school of thought is that creatine is not a good substance to be used for cutting. This is because monohydrate (the substance comprising creatine supplements) is not particularly efficient at stimulating muscle growth. Therefore, when one combines monohydrate with other substances, such as protein (which is commonly referred to as whey), it is not necessarily guaranteed that muscle growth will be stimulated.

The truth is that is creatine good for cutting? Yes, it may help one cut those extra calories. However, if a person were serious about developing large muscle mass, he/she would want to add more exercises such as weightlifting and bodybuilding. This is the only way of bringing water into the muscles and cutting calories while developing muscle.

This is why you should stop taking creatine monohydrate. If you want to develop large muscle mass, you must ensure that you are consuming enough calories (a reasonable amount), you are eating enough protein (you must get plenty of this as well), and you are drinking enough water. If all three of these ingredients are missing from your life, then you are making a big mistake. The reason that creatine makes you grow bigger is because it contains monohydrate. Therefore, stop taking this product to develop larger muscles!
