The unicorn is a mythical creature that appears in literature and in fairytales. In our modern culture, the unicorn appears as a symbol of purity and innocence. It is a representation of strength, power, and an inner belief in one’s personal goodness. For some people, nothing says “innocent” better than a beautiful, silver, lace, mid-ring, cross-woven cloth wrapped around their wrist.
Many people like the idea of using this magical creature as a symbol of their inner belief and trust in themselves. Some even believe that the unicorn is alive. I think this is a myth. Unicorns never eat people. They are imaginary creatures meant to be contemplated and enjoyed. Wearing my mid-ring wrist wraps gives me the confidence to engage in various exercises, including workouts meant for biceps, triceps, forearms, abs, shoulders, chest, squats, lunges, calf raises, and back.
If you don’t want to go through the pain of trying to wear standard wrist wrap fitness gear, such as wrist supports, upper body bands, and ankle weights and so on, you can have the same level of painlessness as you would get with cross training workouts in my Crossfit unicorn bracelet set. For the best results with any workout, always pre-warm up before starting any exercise to eliminate the possibility of any injuries. Wearing an athletic support girdle will not bind or restrict during any motion, yet provide lots of support during exercise. These unique wrist straps are made from my special polymeric hyaluronic acid material which works as a buffer during the exercise session, allowing for maximum effectiveness without constricting the muscles.
Wearing my mid-ring wrist wrap helps me to keep my forearms straight without having to hold onto a bar. This helps me to do my warm-up stretches and exercises better. Also, the extra padding allows for optimal circulation so that I stay energized during my workouts. My workouts will be much more intense because my blood flow is increased, which means that I will be able to workout harder which leads to a faster recovery.
Some people may wonder if wearing these wrist weights is safe. Most of my CrossFit friends wear them and they are totally fine. The only time that I would recommend not wearing a brace is if you have osteoporosis or any other serious medical condition. These wrist weights can be extremely useful if done right. If you are an athlete trying to build muscle then CrossFit wristbands are great because they will speed up your build up and help you add lean muscle mass without straining your muscles.
As a strength and conditioning professional I highly recommend cross train with these products. They are safe, effective, and flexible. They are the perfect addition to any workout program. You will have a stronger core, increase your muscular endurance, and have awesome posture when wearing them.
